Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unread, and in its original packaging (where applicable). You'll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Your item is damaged during transit.
You receive the wrong product.
Your order is incomplete.
The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.

We'll evaluate the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable digital products, eBooks, digital resources, and other digital content are final.

Refunds or exchanges are generally not available once a digital product has been purchased or downloaded.

However, if you experience technical issues accessing your purchase or receive an incorrect digital file, please contact us. We'll make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file or appropriate assistance.

Printed Products

Printed books and other physical products may be returned if they:

Are unused and unread.
Are in their original condition.
Are returned within 30 days of delivery.
Include proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of use, writing, highlighting, damage caused after delivery, or missing components are not eligible for return unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Downloadable digital products.
eBooks and digital educational resources.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Gift cards.
Clearance or final sale items (where marked as non-refundable).

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before submitting a return request.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product (if eligible). Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll provide replacement instructions after reviewing your request.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This right applies only where required by law and may not apply to digital products that have been downloaded or accessed after purchase, where the right of withdrawal has been waived in accordance with applicable regulations.

To qualify, physical items must be unused, unread, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
