Thank you for shopping with Arabic Joyride Press. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

 

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or Australian public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

 

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and the shipping method you select.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

 

 

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (where available): 1–3 business days

International Orders

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and the selected shipping service.

Please note that international delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.

 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Arabic Joyride Press is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

 

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at learn@arabicjoyridepress.com, and we'll assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.

 

 

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

We'll review your claim and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

 

 

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for shipment to certain countries due to shipping carrier limitations or local regulations.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.
